Indebted persons who already have a bailiff on their bank account cannot count on the banks’ favor with regard to granting them loans. Such a client is simply unreliable to banks and banks prefer to avoid risk by not cooperating with it. This is obviously very painful news for hundreds of thousands of people in our country. Often, the debt is not large, but due to imprudence or difficult financial situation, debt enforcement had to be dealt with by a bailiff. The solution to this situation are loans with a bailiff .
What can these people do if they want to borrow some money?
Will there be anyone on the financial market in Poland who wants to trust them and take risks at the same time? It would seem that the matter is a foregone conclusion and there are no takers. Meanwhile, it turns out that loans with a bailiff are not as hard to get as you might think. Here, more and more people have some debt, which enforcement is carried out by bailiffs. Also, these debts are not always large enough to mean the removal of such a person from the list of potential loyal customers. We present the most common types of non-bank loans that people in debt can count on.
Online loans with a bailiff up to several thousand zlotys
Private loan companies operate on a slightly different basis than banks. You can often find the term loan without BIK. They mean that the applicant will not be checked in the national banking registers in terms of his debt. Of course, this is just a marketing slogan. Some companies may verify such persons in the BIK and ERIF registers, but even if they find information about the debt there, a loan may be granted to them. Why? Because they have a calculated risk in their business, associated with difficulties in recovering borrowed money. They also employ debt collectors and have their own ways of recovering debts, so in most cases they grant their clients loans with a bailiff. The maximum amount of such a loan may not be excessive and will amount to several thousand zlotys.
Does this bother you though? Definitely not. The debtors are in such a difficult financial situation that, having no other prospects, they are very happy to receive a loan for the debtor. The more that the number of formalities associated with it is limited to a minimum. All you have to do is just complete the application, which is usually made available online. Just complete it with your personal data and then enter the loan amount we are interested in. At the very end the request should be sent and waiting for a response. How do loan companies contact their clients to give them good or bad news? There are several communication channels available.
The most commonly used is a short text message, or SMS. This allows you to convey a very concise message that the loan has been granted and the money transferred to your account. At the same time, the message is also sent to the e-mail address provided in the application. In this message we will find more information. Thanks to the fact that you can send an attachment, there will be a detailed loan agreement with a bailiff, as well as a table of fees and commissions. However, this is not all. If the loan has been granted for a long time and we will repay it with more than one installment, we will also find a loan repayment schedule. This is a very important document informing us in what dates and in what amount should be paid into the loan company’s account.
